Arteriors By Ella reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before you provide any Personal Data. The revised version will be effective 7 calendar days after posting. Continued use of service will signify that you agree to any such changes.

The automatically collected information include but not limited to- information provided on registering an account on our Website, subscribing to a service, searching our Website, placing an order on our Website, participating in discussion boards or other social media handles owned or operated by us, creating wish lists on our Website, or requesting further services. • Legal Requirements: Arteriors By Ella may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Arteriors By Ella , (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

You accept that your pictures and testimonials on all social media platforms about ARTERIORS BY ELLA can be used for limited promotional purposes by us or our agents. This does not include your trademark or copyrighted materials.

Where you or your employee, as part of the process of application for a service from ARTERIORS BY ELLA or a third party, requires their data to be provided in support of such an application to ARTERIORS BY ELLA or a third party, ARTERIORS BY ELLA is obligated to avail such request, upon the employee having given the requisite authorization as the Data Owner, in the form prescribed by ARTERIORS BY ELLA or the third party.

From time to time we may send you relevant information such as product updates, new functionalities, tips on how to use the platform, new service offerings etc. We may also share your personal information in compliance with local or international regulatory requirements; fraud prevention and risk management agencies and service providers.

In the case of a breach of any of the obligations with respect to your personal data, a data breach procedure is established and maintained in order to deal with incidents concerning Personal Data or privacy practices leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. On notification of such breach, Arteriors By Ella will investigate to determine if an actual breach has occurred, the actions required to manage such breach, communicate with the subject of the breach and take appropriate action as will be agreed between Arteriors By Ella and the subject of the breach to compensate the subject for such breach within one month of notification of breach.
